Candidates applying to Open or Open Plus Additional Requirements Enrolment programs are offered admission on a first-qualified, first-admitted basis.

(Examples of Open Enrolment Programs are Academic Foundations, Criminology, Arts, Sciences etc.)

1. Applicants to these programs must meet the College'sÌýGeneral Admission Requirements.
2. Applicants to Open Plus Additional Requirements programs must also meet the requirements of their specific program.
3. New to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û students are assigned a registration time according to their date of acceptance into their program. Returning students are assigned a registration time based on their GPA. The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û cumulative or overall GPA is used for returning students. Early application is still strongly recommended. Late applicants will receive a late registration time.
4. Admission to these programs does not guarantee course registration.
5. Students who do not register for courses within their first semester(admitted term), will not receive a registration time ticket for the following semester. These students will be required to re-applyÌýfor their program of interest to receive a new time ticket.Ìý
6. Students who do not register for courses for 3 consecutive semestersÌýwill not receive a registration time ticket for the following semester. These students will be required toÌýre-applyÌýfor their program of interest to receive a new time ticket.

When To Apply - Open Enrolment Programs

Students are encouraged to apply early.Ìý Applications are accepted up to 11 months prior to the semester starting on the first business day of the month.

• Fall Semester:Ìý Applications open early October of theÌýprevious year
• Winter Semester:Ìý Applications open early February of the previous year
• Summer Semester:Ìý Applications open early June of the previous yearÌý
