The Skills Coach assists learners on an individual basis to:
- Increase awareness and knowledge of Skills for Success
- Understand and use assessment results
- Build targeted skills to prepare for further education and training or employment
Research has demonstrated that improving one鈥檚 Skills for Success or Essential Skills levels. leads to improved workplace performance and job satisfaction.
Learning resources are paper or computer-based and provided in accordance with the student鈥檚 preference.
