About

Axel grew up in New Westminster, BC and just recently completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û.  He has always been passionate about supporting students in their transition to post-secondary education and this has been shown through his involvement with events for new students. Outside of work, Axel enjoys getting outdoors to explore everything British Columbia has to offer.

About

Onnalin, originally from Thailand, recently finished her post-baccalaureate Diploma in International Supply Chain Management at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û. She also holds a Master’s in Applied Statistics from her hometown. During her studies at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û, Onnalin was actively engaged with the college community where she supported many fellow students through their academic journeys. She enjoys helping and supporting students to achieve their personal and professional goals. In her free time, she loves to try new cuisines with her friends and spends a lot of time taking her dog out to different parks in the lower mainland.

Kristen grew up in Burnaby, BC and completed a diploma in General Business at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û. She is working toward her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, specializing in Financial Services while working for the Future Students' Office. She enjoys working with our student volunteers and supporting their professional development and personal growth. She also provides valuable insight to domestic prospective students during our high school visits. In her free time, Kristen likes hiking, camping with friends, and fishing with her family. When she's not outdoors, you can find her at home relaxing with her guinea pig Butter!

Destiny Sanderson (they/them), Indigenous Recruiter Advisor

About

Destiny was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but resides in Surrey, BC. They are Anishinaabe and Metis from Peguis First Nation. They were a student at the University of Winnipeg working toward a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. They have worked for many years for non-profit organizations with Indigenous children, youth and families. They love to help and inspire people to pursue their passions and dreams, working to overcome any barriers they may face. Destiny loves reading, writing, watching movies, and going on adventures around BC in their spare time.

About

Dina was an international student born and raised in Egypt. She moved to Vancouver for her Undergrad focusing on Psychology at the University of British Columbia. Dina has worked in post-secondary since she graduated because she loves guiding students to become the best version of themselves. In the summer, she spends her time exploring BC with her crazy dog through hiking and camping, and in the winter, you can find her snowboarding up in the mountains.

Eric was born and raised in Burnaby, B.C., completed his Bachelors’ degree in Psychology at Simon Fraser University and his Master's Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University. He has delivered presentations on academic and professional success topics to more than 75,000 people, and loves helping students define and achieve their personal and career goals.
