Kickstart your first semester at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û! If you’re a new student and have questions about your time at Douglas, sign up for Kickstart!
You’ll be connected through email with our Kickstart Coaches, all of whom are senior Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û student leaders. They can walk you through your first day of classes, where to find services and tell you about all the great ways you can get involved with the community at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û.  Â
Once you have registered, keep an eye out for your welcome email.Â
International StudentsÂ
DCI Mentorship Program
The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û International (DCI) Mentorship program welcomes and orients new international students to Douglas. As a new international student, you will be matched with a Senior Mentor, a returning international student. Your Senior Mentor will share advice from their personal experience, help you navigate the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÐ±¦µä¿ª½±½á¹û website, direct you to student services and more, all from their unique perspective as an international student.
To be eligible for this program, you must be a new international student registered in at least one academic course, be willing to participate in program events (such as the Mentee Welcome Event and end-of-semester wrap-up) and respond to requests for feedback.
